I qualified as a nurse in 2012 and started my career in trauma orthopaedics. 4 years later our first born arrived things changed as they do and I moved over to a more family friendly nursing role in discharge planning. 2019 we were gifted our 2nd beautiful girl and our lives were complete.
Not long after we were told I had triple negative breast cancer grade 3 and this is where my journey begins. I won’t pretend I’m a professional blog writer and this blog is more for my mental health. I always found writing everything down helps me reflect, focus and find a positive so here goes.
